Refund policy

Returns: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no damages/signs of use and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@inlinesixauto.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return item/items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can send replacements or the correct items as soon as possible. If you believe an item is defective in anyway, you will be required to contact us and show proof that the item is defective. Once we confirm that the item is defective, will be more than happy to issue a refund or send a replacement. 

Refunds for Returns: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount of the product cost on your original payment method. SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations: If you end up changing your mind and want to cancel an order, please contact us and we will cancel any order immediately as long as the item has not shipped already. If the order has already shipped, we will have to treat it as a return so you must wait until you receive your order to begin the return process.
